Welcome to Jutaboy. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and Jutaboy ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services available at jutaboy.cam ("the Website", "the Platform").

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the Jutaboy platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, promotional programmes, loyalty scheme, or any other service offered through the Website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To register and maintain an account on the Jutaboy platform, all of the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Jutaboy strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you affirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Jutaboy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a Jutaboy account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling or sports wagering is prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Jutaboy platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by Jutaboy or any recognised responsible gambling organisation.
• You must not be a current or former employee of Jutaboy, or an immediate family member of such an employee, without prior written authorisation from Jutaboy's Compliance Department.

To access Jutaboy's wagering and gaming services, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update any information that changes.

• One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Jutaboy account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Jutaboy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify Jutaboy immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accurate Information: You must register using your own true legal name, date of birth, and contact information. Accounts registered under false identities or using another person's information will be closed without notice, and any funds held in such accounts will be retained pending investigation.
• KYC Compliance: You agree to submit identity verification documents when requested by Jutaboy. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions and may result in account suspension.

By using the Jutaboy platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or criminal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent any security measure;
• Exploit any error, bug, or loophole in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors will be considered void and will be recovered by Jutaboy;
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, sports betting syndicates, or any other gaming format;
• Attempt to manipulate any game outcome, betting market, or random number generation system;
• Use the platform in a way that may cause damage to, overload, or impair the functionality of the Website or associated infrastructure;
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from Jutaboy.

Jutaboy reserves the right to monitor all activity on the platform for compliance with these Terms and applicable regulations. Any activity deemed suspicious, abusive, or in breach of these Terms may result in account suspension, withdrawal restriction, or permanent closure at Jutaboy's sole discretion.

Jutaboy supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Jutaboy does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which Jutaboy bears no responsibility. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to Jutaboy's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, and unusual transaction patterns may trigger an enhanced due diligence review.

Jutaboy offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general Bonus Terms.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. Jutaboy reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion and to exclude certain accounts or players from specific promotions.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When wagering with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is typically MYR 25. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10–20%; certain game types may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Refer to the specific promotion terms for full contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings must be wagered within the stated expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: Jutaboy monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting designed to exploit wagering requirements, matched betting strategies, and arbitrage betting. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit on bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this limit is stated on the promotion page.

All bets and wagers placed on the Jutaboy platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by Jutaboy. Jutaboy reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion, including bets placed on specific outcomes, by specific accounts, or above certain stake thresholds.
• Palpable Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price or odds due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), Jutaboy reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake to the User's account, regardless of the outcome.
• Void Bets: Certain events may result in bets being declared void — for example, match abandonment, postponement beyond specified timeframes, or force majeure events. In such cases, stakes are returned to the User's account.
• Mix Parlay Rules: For accumulator and Mix Parlay bets — which are popular among Malaysian football bettors, particularly for EPL and Liga Super Malaysia matches — each selection in the parlay must be settled as a win for the parlay to return a payout. A single void selection in a parlay will reduce the number of legs by one; a single losing selection voids the entire parlay.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time odds. Jutaboy does not guarantee the availability of live betting on any specific event. Bets placed after the official result of an event will be voided.
• Game Integrity: Jutaboy's casino games are powered by certified providers using independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Results are final once confirmed by the game engine. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with our support team within 14 days of the relevant session.

Jutaboy is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Age Restriction: Jutaboy's services are strictly available to players aged 21 and above. We employ automated age verification and may request additional proof of age at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. • Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Reality Checks: At configurable intervals, the platform will display a notification summarising time spent and net wagering activity in the current session.

Jutaboy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice in the event of, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or funding of criminal enterprises;
• Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of automated software in contravention of these Terms;
• Chargebacks filed against Jutaboy by the User or the User's payment provider;
• Non-compliance with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe;
• Legal obligation or regulatory direction to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the User, Jutaboy reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account, including Real Money Funds, pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the User's voluntary request, any withdrawable Real Money Funds will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending reviews.

All content on the Jutaboy platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Jutaboy", logos, trademarks, service marks, game interfaces, website design, graphics, software, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jutaboy or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any content; (b) create derivative works; (c) reverse-engineer or decompile any software component; or (d) use any Jutaboy trademark in any commercial context without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Jutaboy's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the User to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jutaboy, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of real money funds due to technical failures, network interruptions, or platform downtime, except where directly caused by Jutaboy's gross negligence;
• Loss of data, account access, or wagering opportunities;
• Decisions made by the User based on information provided on the platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform.

Jutaboy makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by Jutaboy's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jutaboy holds its gaming licence.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Jutaboy platform that cannot be resolved amicably through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with any laws applicable to them in their country or territory of residence. Jutaboy makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of those it explicitly serves.

Jutaboy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through one or more of the following means: a notice on the platform's homepage, an update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, or a direct communication to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Jutaboy platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.
